About me

I’m Charlie, a personal trainer in Exeter, offering in-person coaching in Marsh Barton, and online training for people who want to feel physically strong and mentally steady.

My coaching goes beyond aesthetics. Alongside strength and fitness, I place a strong emphasis on mental health, mindset, and sustainable habits, helping you build a routine that supports your energy, confidence, and day-to-day life.

I grew up in Cornwall and now call Devon home. A love of the outdoors has always shaped how I train, not just to look good, but to stay capable enough to enjoy an active life, from hiking and climbing to simply having the resilience to keep up with everyday demands.

Whether we work together in person or online, my focus is on realistic structure, long-term consistency, and confidence that carries beyond the gym, without extremes or an all-or-nothing mindset.
