It’s important to know…

Before I ever helped anyone feel confident in their body, I knew exactly what it felt like not to.

Growing up, I was very underweight. I was always the smallest person on the rugby pitch, constantly aware of my size, my strength, and how uncomfortable I felt in my own skin. That lack of confidence stays with you. It shapes how you move, how you show up, and how you see yourself.

So when someone tells me they don’t feel comfortable in their body, I genuinely get it. I’ve lived it.

What started as a desire to change how I felt physically turned into a much deeper journey. Over more than a decade of coaching, working with people from all walks of life, I’ve found my “why”.
It’s helping people feel the best they ever have, physically, mentally, and emotionally.

A holistic way of coaching

I don’t believe you can reach your full potential by only focusing on workouts.

Real, lasting change only happens when you look at every aspect of your life, how you move, how you eat, how you sleep, how you manage stress, and how you speak to yourself. That’s why I take a holistic approach to coaching. Not because it’s trendy, but because it works, and because it lasts.

I also know what doesn’t work.

When I was younger, I did what so many people do. I copied other people, followed extreme diets, chased intense training plans, and burned myself out going round in circles. I was busy, exhausted, and frustrated, without getting the results I wanted.

That’s exactly what I help my clients avoid.

No extremes. No copying someone else’s life. No punishing routines.
Just a plan built around you, your body, your lifestyle, and your goals.

Life beyond the gym

Outside of coaching, I love to travel and seek out adventure. Being in new places, pushing myself physically and mentally, and stepping outside of routine has taught me a lot about resilience, perspective, and balance.

Those experiences shape how I coach.

I believe fitness should add to your life, not restrict it. Training should support your energy, confidence, and freedom, not tie you to rigid rules or guilt. My goal is to help you build a body and mindset that allows you to say yes to life, whether that’s travel, sport, family, or simply feeling more present day to day.

The space we train in

I work from a private gym designed to feel calm, focused, and high energy at the same time. It’s not busy, intimidating, or chaotic. It’s a space where you can switch off from outside stress, train with intent, and actually enjoy the process.

That environment makes a huge difference.

Clients feel more relaxed, more confident trying new things, and more connected to their training. You can push yourself hard when it’s time to work, and leave feeling grounded, not drained.

It’s the kind of space I always wanted to train in myself, and it’s why I love coaching there.

My promise to you

I don’t promise quick fixes.
I promise honesty, support, and a coaching process that respects you as a whole person.

If you want to feel stronger, calmer, and more confident in your body, and build something that actually sticks long term, I’d love to help.
